    Rather than focusing on “fixing” you, I collaborate with you to understand how your brain and body work, identify barriers, and co-create strategies that fit your life, values, and energy.

  • Hart and Haven LLC provides neurodiversity-affirming occupational therapy for autistic and ADHD teens and adults who want support with sensory processing, executive functioning, daily routines, energy management, and meaningful participation in everyday life. I work with individuals who may feel overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck, or disconnected from their routines and want practical, compassionate support that honors their nervous system, identity, and lived experience.

    I offer in-person occupational therapy in Colorado, as well as virtual occupational therapy (telehealth) services.

  • Hart and Haven LLC offers comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for $750 and individualized occupational therapy sessions for $150.
