Hello! I’m Sarah Anne
I'm passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based care to support neurodivergent adults and teens in becoming their favorite selves. I love helping people better discover and rediscover joy in their daily occupations using a Lifestyle Redesign - Informed approach. If you're a neurodivergent human who wants to have more space for what matters most, I'm ready to support you on that path.
In occupational therapy with my neurodivergent clients, I love promoting interoceptive awareness, effective adaptations, executive functioning support, and occupational flourishing using client-tailored strategies and resources.

I’m proud to provide strength-based neurodiversity-affirming occupational therapy to adults and teens. I use a variety of approaches to support you in what you want to do every day. From managing the daily demands of adulthood, recovering from autistic burnout, to supporting self-advocacy, I’m excited to be a part of your journey.
I am an Occupational Therapist (OTD, OTR/L) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with specialized training in neurodiversity-affirming practice, sensory integration, executive functioning, and lifestyle-based intervention. I am passionate about creating therapy spaces where neurodivergent people feel seen, respected, and supported.
I have advanced training in sensory processing (Start ProCert 1) and a relationship-based approach (DIR/Floortime - Basic) and use a Lifestyle Redesign - Informed approach. I also have many executive functioning and energy conservation strategies to help you use your energy and time wisely. This means I work with you on your goals using a variety of strategies to suit you.

As an autistic adult and occupational therapist, I understand the challenges of navigating a world that is not built for everyone. I created Hart and Haven LLC to help build a more accessible, compassionate, and affirming world, a place where neurodivergent people are supported in living meaningful, fulfilling lives.
